SHIPPING - We Ship Worldwide!!!
- Free domestic shipping on all orders $50 and more. Orders below $50 will be required to pay standard shipping rate.
- Free International shipping when you spend $300 or more.
- Free shipping to Canada when you spend $200 or more.
- Orders typically ship the next business day. Orders placed Friday-Sunday will ship out Monday.
- Discounted merchandise may take an additional 24-48 hours to process.
On all International orders, aside from the shipping cost, upon receiving shipments it is the customer's responsibility to pay the import and customs duties and fees that are incurred as a result of the shipment.
- Please note we are not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged items due to any parcel service fault.
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
If your return passes our inspection, you may receive an exchange, store credit, or a refund. Please include a note with your return stating your order number, the reason for the return, and please let us know what you would like in return.
- RETURNED ITEMS MUST BE FOLDED NEATLY AND RETURNED INSIDE THE PLASTIC BAG IT CAME IN. ITEMS RECEIVED IN POOR CONDITION WILL BE REFUSED AND RETURNED TO YOU.
- Our return policy lasts 14 days. So you have 14 days from the day you received your order till you can get it back in the mail and email us the tracking number. If more than 14 days have gone by since the time you received your purchase, unfortunately we cannot accept your return.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, and free from dirt, dust or any fragrances, and in the same plastic bag and same exact condition that you received it in.
RETURNS FOR OVER SIZED ITEMS: If your order included an Over Sized Item that you wish to return, we reserve the right to deduct the shipping cost paid for shipping that item from your refund or credit. The reason for this is because over sized items are really expensive to ship due to large packaging.

REFUNDS / EXCHANGES / STORE CREDITS-
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
If you are approved, then your refund, exchange or store credit will be processed. For refunds, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 2-5 days. We do offer exchanges within the US, but we don't offer any exchanges for international orders, however you can receive a refund or store credit, so you can replace the order for the item you would like in exchange. We limit exchanges to be done only one time per order. Exchanges will typically ship the next business day after your return is processed. Returns received Friday-Sunday will ship out Monday. If a store credit is requested, a promo code will be issued to you via email. Your store credit is easily applied during checkout of your next order. For any international orders that received free shipping and is returned, the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
Late or missing refunds. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
SALE ITEMS -
Any item with a marked down 60% or more from the original is to be considered a final SALE ITEM. Unfortunately there are no returns allowed for any of these sale items. All sale items discounted 60% or more are final sale, no refunds, exchanges or credits of any kind. If these final sale items are returned without authorization from our customer service, the item(s) will be returned to the customer immediately and customer will be notified. Restocking fees may apply to any unauthorized returns.
SPECIAL ORDERS -
Special Orders are NOT able to be cancelled once the order has been placed. All Special Orders are NOT returnable since these items need to be specially made one piece at a time. Each special order is made specifically for each customer and are final sale, no refunds, exchanges or credits of any kind. If special orders are returned without expressed permission from our customer service, it will be returned to the customer immediately and customer will be notified. Restocking fees may apply to unauthorized returns. For international shipping of special orders, additional charges may apply to orders containing both in stock and special order items.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a store credit for the value of your return. If the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, unfortunately we will not be able to accept the return.
