Shipping + Returns

Shipping Policy:
All orders are shipped via USPS or Fedex from our warehouse in Westlake, CA. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We offer shipping insurance via Route which can be added at checkout. Please note, should you opt out of shipping insurance, we cannot offer replacements or refunds for any lost, stolen or damaged items. 
Shipping within USA:
We offer free domestic shipping on all orders totaling $150 or more.  Orders below $150 will be required to pay our standard shipping rate of $10.00.
Shipping Internationally: 
We offer free shipping to Canada on orders totaling $200 or more & free international shipping on orders totaling $300 or more. Standard shipping is calculated at checkout and based on the items in your cart. Upon receiving shipments it is the customer's responsibility to pay the import and customs duties and fees that have incurred as a result of the shipment. 
Processing & Delivery Times
Orders typically ship from our warehouse in Westlake, CA in 2-3 business days.
During times of high volume such as sales or collection launches, orders may take up to 14 days to process. We appreciate your patience as we work to get your new JPB to you as soon as possible!

FedEx 2 Day: 2 business day
FedEx Priority Overnight: 1 business day
USPS Priority Mail International: 6-10 business days
USPS Priority Mail Express International: 3-5 business days
FedEx International Priority: 1-4 business days
Returns Policy:
We want you to be completely satisfied with your online purchase. If you change your mind for any reason, we’ll gladly accept a return of any full priced item within 14 days of receipt.

We have partnered with Re:do to offer returns and exchange protection. For eligible orders, Re:do's return protection can be purchased at checkout for $1.98. This return protection allows you to return your purchase for store credit or exchange at no additional cost. Should you opt out of return protection, you can still return your items but will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.

To initiate a return, please visit our returns portal. 
Items marked as final sale, samples, and items with a discount of 30% or more are not eligible for return. 
- Items must be returned in original condition, unworn, unaltered, unwashed and free from dirt, dust, hair, any fragrances or other foreign odors including smoke.
- A $5 restocking fee is assessed to each item returned. To waive this fee, please return your items neatly folded in their original packaging.
- Items with a discount of 30% off or more, purchased using a photography discount code, and international orders are final sale and not eligible for returns. Failure to follow this policy will result in rejection of the return.
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns of international orders at this time.

Exchange Policy:
We offer exchanges within the US only and limit exchanges to one time per order. Exchanges can be made via our return portal.
Final Sale 
Sample sale pieces, intimates, items with a mark down of 30% or more from the original price, or items purchased using a photography discount code are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned for refunds, exchanges or credits of any kind. Unauthorized Returns will be returned to sender. For assistance with your order containing final sale items, please reach out to our Customer Service Team at and we will do our best to assist.
