Shipping + Returns

Shipping Policy:
All orders are shipped via USPS or Fedex from our warehouse in Los Angeles, CA. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please note we are not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged items due to any parcel service fault. 
Shipping within USA:
We offer free domestic shipping on all orders totally $150 or more.  Orders below $150 will be required to pay our standard shipping rate of $10.00.
Shipping Internationally: 
We offer free shipping to Canada on orders totaling $200 or more & free international shipping on orders totaling $300 or more. Standard shipping is calculated at checkout and based on the items in your cart. Upon receiving shipments it is the customer's responsibility to pay the import and customs duties and fees that have incurred as a result of the shipment. 
Processing & Delivery Times
All orders will ship in 2-3 business days from our warehouse in Los Angeles, CA. Orders placed Friday-Sunday will ship out the following business day. During sales and collection launches there may be slight delays in shipping and orders may take an additional 24-48 hours to process. We will greatly appreciate your patience during these times.
Standard Shipping: 2-5 business days
FedEx 2 Day: 2 business day
FedEx Priority Overnight: 1 business day
USPS Priority Mail International: 6-10 business days
USPS Priority Mail Express International: 3-5 business days
FedEx International Priority: 1-4 business days
Returns Policy:
We want you to be completely satisfied with your online purchase. If you change your mind for any reason, we’ll gladly accept a return of any full priced item within 14 days of receipt. If more than 14 days have passed, your package will not be processed and will be returned to you. Customers will be responsible for paying the shipping costs of returned item(s). If you are shipping an item over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Items marked as final sale are not eligible for returns.  *Please note: All returns are subject to a $10 restocking fee                                                              
Items must be returned in original condition, unworn, unaltered, unwashed and free from dirt, dust, hair, any fragrances or other foreign odors including smoke. Items MUST be folded neatly and returned inside the plastic bag it came in. Items with a discount of 40% off or more or were purchased using a photography discount code are final sale and not eligible for returns. Please note: All returns are subject to a $10 restocking fee.         
If you are making a return internationally and have received free shipping with your order, please be aware that the cost or partial cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund when it is made. This depends on the amount of the item(s) you are returning.                                                                                            
If your order included an Over Sized Item that you wish to return, we reserve the right to deduct the shipping cost paid for that item from your refund or credit. The reason for this is because over sized items are very expensive to ship due to large packaging.

Please record your tracking number and date of postage for your records and give us a heads up after you send your return by emailing with your tracking number.
We ask that you include either the invoice or a copy of the invoice along with a written note of reason for return and what you want in return if you are seeking an exchange. If you are unable to include the invoice, we need a note with your order number, reason for return and what you want in return.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you the status of your return. If your return is approved, your refund, exchange or store credit will be processed minus a $10 restocking fee. For refunds, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 2-5 days.  For store credit, a promo code will be issued to you via email.

Exchange Policy:
We offer exchanges within the US only and limit exchanges to one time per order. We do not offer any exchanges for international orders, however you can place a new order with your store credit or refund. We’ll gladly accept an exchange for any full priced item within 14 days of receipt. If more than 14 days have passed, your package will not be processed and will be returned to you. Customers will be responsible for paying the shipping costs of returned item(s). Exchanges will typically ship the next business day after your return is processed. Exchanges for returns received Friday-Sunday will ship out Monday. 
Final Sale 
Sample sale pieces, intimates, items with a mark down of 40% or more from the original price, or items purchased using a photography discount code are considered a FINAL SALE ITEM and cannot be returned for refunds, exchanges or credits of any kind. If these final sale items are returned without authorization from our customer service, the item(s) will be returned to the customer immediately and customer will be notified. Restocking fees may apply to any unauthorized returns.

Return processing is currently around 3 weeks due to a minimum 2 week quarantine of all return packages to ensure the safety of our staff.
